What is a medical product device ?

A product can be defined as a solution to a customer's problem or need. Normally, a product to a custom is not just the physical product.

Sometimes, it includes reputation,image,and service. Normally, regarding the product, there are three kinds of customer needs:

A.  Functional- what the product can do

B. Psychological- what the product represents (e.g.high class)

C.  Service- includes delivery, installation, maintenance.
